Transportation to hotel:
The Hyatt does NOT provide a shuttle from and to the airport. Take a UBER. If you plan on
a rental car, make your reservations early! Park in the World of Wonders Garage for $24/
night.
Reunion Check-In: Wednesday, 5 Oct, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM located in the Grand
Hall. Look for placards in the lobby directing you to the Reunion registration room.
Royal Transportation is the contracted bus provider for the Reunion and all busses are ADA
Compliant, with lifts (that should work), air conditioned and hold 56 passengers.
Reunion Reception
Our Reunion Reception will be held on Wednesday evening, Oct 5th in the Hospitality
Room starting at 6:00 pm. This is the social event that everyone has been waiting years for.
We will have food, drink, alcohol and some surprises for one and all. At the reception we
will be serving, buffet style, a variety of foods, sure to please everyone’s palate. Come and
meet all your Finance Corps friends and fellow patriots. This is the kick-off event of a great
week of activities.
Costs: $35 per person, prepaid.
