Biographical Resume:
I’m a retired DOD employee of the National Security Agency after serving 44 years. Even as a Defense Agency, NSA followed the rules, guidelines, policies and procedures of the U.S. Army. My entire career was in financial management starting as an accounting technician and ending as Deputy Comptroller. In June 1988, I was appointed as the NSA Finance and Accounting Officer by the then USAFAC and remained so for the next 23 years supporting Agency sites locally and overseas. I received Army recognitions for outstanding service by the USAFINCOM Commander, USAFINCOM CSM and achieved the MG Nathan Townsend Award & Medallion.
