Cruise Bookings Deadline

"Note we only have 3 potential cruisers so far. The deadline for the deposit is 1 May. But the important information is the fact that our contact at Hoosier AAA, Laurie, will be out 2 weeks April 24 - May 8, after undergoing surgery. She has provided dates she can be contacted personally and who should be contacted when she will not be available."
Hello Hector,
Hope all is well. I wanted to touch base with you on the update of the cruise. As of this point you are the only one under deposit, I am booking and charging Mr. Johnson on 4/23 and I am under the impression that Mr. Garza has sent me a check.
I wanted to give you my schedule in the upcoming weeks because unfortunately I will be out for 2 weeks after undergoing surgery. This happens to falls when our deposit is due on cruise May 1. I will be out of the office April 24-May 8.
If possible e please have any other interested cruisers contact me during the time listed. If anyone needs to wait until the last week of April please have them contact Jackie Gill or Grace Buchheit. Please DO NOT count on my emails being checked daily as the other agents will be taking on not only their job but mine as well. Have them call directly at number listed at bottom of email.
