CSM Joanne C Lofton is a native of Trinidad and Tobago, West Indies. CSM Lofton enlisted in the Army as a Finance Specialist in September 1981 and retired in October 2008. She served at at all enlisted levels throughout her career and served in Germany, Korea and throughout the Inited Stated. CSM Lofton now resides in Texas with her family.
