Where Did All Those Log-Ins Come From

Regular visitors to our home page may have been surprised to see a large number of Log-Ins show up, many with names that they cannot recognize.

The reason is simple.  In anticipation of the coming merger, we have added the entire RAFINCO member database to the RAFINO.ORG database.  The merger of the two databases took place Monday, 26 SEP 2016.

For years, we have had some NCOs in the database (status code "R", for the curious).  They were there because they had to have an account on RAFINO.ORG in order to be properly processed for one or more of our reunions.  Now, all the Finance NCOs are in that database, making maintenance of their member data much easier for all concerned.

Once the merger is officially consummated, the NCO records will gain the full panoply of features that have been available to the full-fledged members of RAFINO..

As in any endeavor of the complexity of this one, it would not be surprising to see a glitch here or there.  So far there have been none, but Murphy still lurks in the dark corners of possibility!
