Son of COPPER: IPPS-A

RAFINO member and Assistant Deputy Chief of Staff, G–1, Roy Wallace provided a "slick sheet" description of the latest in the Army's continuing project to combine pay and personnel systems into a single online system.  Known as the Integrated Pay and Personnel System- Army (IPPS-A), the new system is a follow-on from the now-defunct DIMMHRS and a distant descendant of project Copper (in which J Claud Wallace, Roy's father, was intimately involved)
