Some of our attendees have raised valid questions regarding the policy on refunds of moneys paid on reunion registrations. The policy is as follows:
Refunds of reunion payments made (either via carried-forward credits, through PayPal or personal check) will be approved whenever possible based upon the review of each case by the RAFINO directors. While we would like to make refunds to all, sometimes we are locked in by contacts with hotel food caterers and excursion (activity) providers. Factors to be considered in the directors’ review are:
If, as a result of the review, the refund cannot be granted because of funds availability, the request may be placed into FIFO queue of pending refunds. Every effort will be made to work through that queue once the reunion accounts have been closed.
Hotel accommodations and related room costs remain totally the responsibility of the attendees and cannot be considered for refunds.
