Revamped Member Roster Page

We have revamped our member roster page (where you look up and view a member's data or edit your own member data).

The revamp eliminates the confusing sometimes-side-by-side presentation of all of the fields.  The same fields are still on the page, but have been grouped under four different "headers" which can be expanded by clicking on the header.
