2012 COLA Rate Will Be 3.6%

Just saw article in Military.Com announcing that the COLA rate for 2012 will be 3.6%, effective 1 December (to show up in the 1 January 2012 retired paychecks.

The rate applies to federal retirees (including military and VA).
