New RAFINO Officers
2913, 13 Oct 2022The membership of RAFINO have voted via email for the new slate of officers for our executive board and the following members were elected to the reespective offices:
- President: COL(RET) Michael D. Kelly
- Vice-President: CSM(RET) Richard S. Rosen
- Secretary Treasurer: MAJ(RET) G. Robert (Smitty) Smith
The newly elected officers entered into their duties at the2022 Reunion Business meeting 8 OCT 2022.
