Reunion 2020(21) Cancelled

The financial reason is we currently do not have enough people signed up to cover the costs we have for the hotel rooms and events we promised.

For safety it seems the COVID pandemic will not go away and based on the latest CDC mask wearing recommendations we have decided to cancel the reunion in Charleston and move to continue to plan for Indianapolis next year in 2022.

We all realize this is a tremendous disappointment to all since we had to already delay the 2020 reunion to this year but as we talked it through the entire committee felt this was our best course of action. For those of you who have paid-up registrations for the reunion we have a couple of options either roll over what you have paid to next year (the accountant says, this is doable) or if you decide you are not going to attend in Indy or you would just like you money back contact Imre Volgyi at thevolgyis@epbfi.com, for a refund.

Again we realize this is something we have all been looking forward to but it could not be helped.

We look forward to seeing this COVID go away and to having a great time together next year in Indy.

UPDATE:  the hotel is contacting those who made reservations at the reunio hotel to see if they still want to hold the reservations for a personal visit to Charleston.
