Here is the updated notification on the rescheduled 2020 Reunion:

SUBJECT: The 2020 (2021) Rescheduled Reunion is ON!

Fellow members:

After much deliberation and careful review of nationwide, and in particular the Charleston, SC area Covid-19 infection data, both current and projected, and with the health and welfare of our members and guests as our paramount concern, your RAFINO Board of Officers has decided to reopen the reunion registration on our website on 8 FEB 2021 for the rescheduled 2020 Reunion.  The new reunion dates are Wednesday, October 6, 2021 through Sunday, October 10, 2021. 

Our hosting hotel and excursion partners have informed us that they have open dates to accommodate us during the rescheduled time.  The website has details of the hotel and excursions.

For those of you who have registered and paid up during the registration window in 2020 (and did not request a refund), the RAFINO Treasurer has your prepaid registration for the rescheduled 2021 Charleston Reunion.   Additionally, previously scheduled and paid for excursions that were part of your registration fees are still in place and no further action is needed unless you wish to change your previously selected excursions.  Our hosting hotel and excursion partners have agreed to honor previously negotiated rates, including our group room rate of $138.00 per room, per night for the rescheduled reunion dates.   This same hotel rate ($138.00) is available 3 days prior/post contracted dates, if someone wishes to travel down earlier or stay later.  All hotel reservations previously made for the 2020 reunion were removed from the system and thus everyone must make new reservations.

If you have already registered, we encourage you to review your registration details on our website (after 8 Feb 2021) to ensure they still apply in your case.  Changes to paid-up registrations should be addressed to reunion management.

The board has and will continue to stay abreast of the latest news and developments on the COVID front and this will inform our decisions going forward in ensuring we have safe and fun October 2021 reunion.

As for the 2022 Reunion currently planned for Indianapolis, your Board of Officers has voted to continue with the 2022 Reunion as planned, thereby keeping our organization with an even numbered year reunion cycle.
