Vote on ByLaw Changes

RAFINO Voting Members – this notice is to inform you we have sent out a survey this week via a program called Constant Contact for you to vote Yes/No on our revised RAFINO By-Laws.   In the survey, you will see a link to the By-Laws in their revised, final draft format.  If you would like to see the changes that were made, there is also a link in the survey that will take you to our RAFINO website's "News" section, where you can see the version we currently operate under dated October 15, 2016, annotated to highlight additions and deletions. 

Please note your computer might not send our Constant Contact survey to your Inbox, so please check your other folders like trash, spam, junk, or elsewhere your computer might send it.  If you receive the survey in a folder other than your Inbox, we recommend you add that email from Constant Contact to your contact list, and that should allow future surveys we will be sending to correctly show up in your Inbox.  Bottom line, you our members are all important, and we want you to receive our surveys, and we want to accurately receive your vote.
