FMCOP - New Technology for Financial Management

Just received this from COL Zellars at the schoolhouse.  FMCOP (Financial Management Common Operating Picture) is a new approach to answer the 'so what?' of Financial Management for commanders thus integrating FM information specific to an operation.  This video depicts Return on Investment tied to a commander's Lines of Effort from a G8 perspective.
