Important Notice About Reunion

This message is to strongly encourage everyone considering going to the 2014 Reunion in Baton Rouge to make your hotel reservations as soon as possible if you haven’t already done so.  Yes, we have rooms blocked for the “Retired Army Finance Association Reunion”, but there happens to be an LSU football game that same weekend and there are no extra rooms available at the hotel, or anywhere else in town.  In other words, when we run out of blocked rooms, we don’t have any other alternatives.  Please remember, reservations are on a first come first served basis.  The phone number for the Baton Rouge Holiday Inn South is 225-924-7021. 

We also want to remind everyone who plan to go on the cruise out of New Orleans to be sure and indicate whether or not you will be needing transportation from the hotel to New Orleans.    When you register for the reunion, please indicate your choice for getting to New Orleans, either by bus (round trip or one way) or that you will drive to the port.  The hotel has graciously given us permission to leave our vehicles at the hotel for no cost if we want to do that.
