             Michele Felts                       (Widow of LTC Ken D. Felts)                October 21, 2018
             Anne Michele Felts, widow of LTC Ken Felts, passed away at age 62 on Sunday, October 21, 2018,
             while vacationing in Florida.  She was born on January 28, 1956, to Jack and Rae (Duckworth)
             Donahue in Portsmouth, Ohio, and resided in Fishers, IN.

             Robert G. Martin                    LTC(R)                                     September 17, 2018
             LTC (Ret.) Robert Martin passed away September 17, 2018.  He was born on October 19, 1933 in
             St. Louis, MO and passed away on September 17, 2018 in West Monroe, LA. Bob was a retired
             U.S. Army Lt. Col. and ULM Professor and Associate Dean of the College of Business. He was a
             former board member of the Military Officers Association of America, Monroe Symphony Orchestra,
             and Strauss Little Theatre.

             He is survived by a loving family, including his wife Ann Martin; son Jeffrey Martin and wife Kathy;
             daughter  Susan  Murray  and  husband  Gregg;  grandchildren  Olivia  Carr  and  husband  Toren,  Julia
             Martin, Patrick Martin, and Daniel Martin; and brother John Walter Martin, Jr.



             George A. Seamands:                 COL(R)                                            November 22, 2018

             Colonel (Ret.) George A. Seamands, 87, passed away on November 22, 2018, at the Fort Belvoir
             Community Hospital. He was a long-time resident of Springfield, VA, where he was a member of
             the Church of the Nativity in Burke.  He was born April 17, 1931, in El Reno, Oklahoma, the son of
             Charles H. and Allie Price Seamands. He attended Oklahoma State University and was a member
             of Delta Sigma Pi, and graduated as a distinguished military ROTC graduate.
             He is survived by his wife of 62 years Loretta (Lorie) Collins Seamands, one daughter Catherine
             Watson of Springfield, VA, three sons, Lieutenant General Thomas (Melissa) of Fort Myer, VA, Maj.
             (Ret.) Gregory (Tammy) of Enterprise, AL, and Christopher (Nicole) of Alexandria, VA, and eight
             grandchildren.  He  was  preceded  in  death  by  his  parents,  sister  Ruth,  and  brother  Charles.
