I am writing to you tonight about my Dad’s battle with cancer. He recently had a PET scan, and it shows that the cancer is growing and spreading.
He has been on an OPDIVO treatment regimen for the last two months. It is clear that it is not working for him.
With limited options available due to his kidney and heart, his Oncologist recommended a treatment regimen of OPDIVO + OPDUALAG. After much discussion, he has decided to move forward with this treatment. The RN did let us know that while this is a new treatment, she has seen some good outcomes with the treatment. If you’ve seen one patient, you’ve seen one patient.
I must say that it feels like our option to attack is charge straight up the hill straight.
This is all in God’s hands. I covet your prayers for him, especially that he does not feel great pain and discomfort through the treatment cycle.
God bless each of you!
