RAFINO/RAFINCO 2010 Reunion

This is an “Intent to Attend” questionnaire that will provide information to the RAFINCO/RAFINO Reunion 2010 Planning Team to ensure that we are in the ballpark for room reservations, tours, activities, reception, banquet, etc. Please respond by 15 April, 2010 so preparations can be finalized. The Reunion will be held at the Murano Hotel, 31320 Broadway Plaza in Tacoma, Washington.

Wednesday, 8 September Early Registration – 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Thursday, 9 September REGISTRATION DAY:

Friday, 10 September TOURNAMENT & GROUP ACTIVITY DAY:

GROUP ACTIVITY – Blake Island Indian Village Tour – 3:00 PM

Saturday, 11 September BANQUET, ACTIVITY & BUSINESS MEETING DAY:
Mt Rainier or Museum of Flight (Minimum of 25 participants required for each) -- 7:30 AM
Business Meetings -- 2:00 PM
Formal Banquet -- 6:00 PM – (Photos at 5:00 PM)

Sunday, 12 September DEPARTURE DAY: Cruise Participants depart (TBD)

Room rate will be $130.00 plus taxes. Suites are available. Same rates apply 3 days prior and 3 days following the Reunion based upon availability. Make reservations by calling the Murano in Tacoma (1-888-862-3255) and identifying yourself as a RAFINCO or RAFINO member no later than 17 August, 2010 to get this rate. NOTE: Contributions from other sources have enabled us to reduce the room rate from $152 to $130. Taxes will be based on the $152 rate.

Registration fee will be $170.00 per person. Fee includes The Cage (Hospitality Suite) (5 days), reception, banquet, and photo disc.
