Training Opportunities:

1.FMNet highlights the Ultimate Training Environment System (UTES) Community of Interest (COI).  For all users who are not familiar with UTES or how to leverage this tool to conduct home station training, a blog posted within UTES COI provides an overview.  (https://www.milsuite.mil/book/community/spaces/afms/utes/blog/2017/11/27/utes-overview)  We encourage our users to leverage this superb tool; where financial managers (military and civilian) can train on identical systems used in real-time to provide Operational Contract Support (OCS)/Procure-to-Pay Business Process at home station.  Users can train together in the same room or across the globe.

2.Recently the FMS sent out an email requesting your participation in the usefulness of UTES, to gain insight from the field and help with the evolution of the tool.  Our analysis illuminates that several members have never used it; however, those that have admired its abilities and relevance.  Please visit UTES COI read, vote, and leave your comments.
