Anyone Know Samuel T Moore?

Jim Watkins is trying to reconnect with an old friend from Georgia Military College (GMC):.

You may be able to help me find some info on a former Finance Corps officer.  He was on active duty in the 1960’s…a GMC graduate in 1961.  His name is Samuel Thomas Moore.  Some of our older RAFINO members may have served with him.  Any information would be helpful.
