I was recently contacted by Craig J Cockel who served as a Finance Corps Officer in Okinawa in the 1970s. He is writing an article and is interested in information concerning the Central Funding Office (CFO), Vietnam, as that office apparently provided some service to his office on Okinawa. If anyone reading this can provide him with information concerning the CFO, e. g., location in Vietnam, dates of operation, facilities utilized, personnel assigned, etc.) please contact him.
