Give us Your Date of Birth

If you haven't done so already, please take a moment to go to your membership record and update your date of birth.

Over the last few reunions, we have been more and more concerned with our members who have advanced in age.  In  order to assist us with planning for reunions and ensuring we are able to help our members with the challenges of growing older, we have added a requirement in our member roster for recording the date of birth.

Hitherto, we have recorded the birth day and month (but not the year).  This has supported out birthday outreach emails and our birthday page.  We have changed it so we now ask for the full date of birth.

We have the field, but we do not have the data.  So please take a moment to go to your membership record and update it with your full date of birth.

Just log in, and, from the "Membership" menu tab, select Review Your Record to get too your membership record.

In the record, click on the "Basic Info for Member and Spouse" section.  Enter your date of birth (in yyyy-mm-dd format) in the space provided and click on the "Post Changes and Update Your Record" button to update the database.
