Agenda for 2014 Business Meeting

The next business meeting of RAFINO will be held in Baton Rouge in the "Mesa I" meeting room of the reunion hotel on Saturday, 18 October 2014, from 0900-1000 hrs.  The minutes from the last regular business meeting are available by clicking here.

The tentative agenda for the 2014 meeting is as follows:

2- Old Business  (do we have any?)

3- Treasurer Report

4- New Business:

     A -Officer Elections:

(1)    Any Nominations from the floor? (if none)

(2)    Ask for 2 Volunteers to head up a committee for candidates.

      B - Consolidation / Merger of RAFINO & RAFINCO

           Ask for Volunteers to head up this initiative (Targeted for a vote in 2016 prior to the Reunion)

     C – 2018 RAFINO Sponsored Reunion  (call for Volunteers)

5- Bring the meeting to adjournment/

Notice that the word "volunteer" crops up in several places.  We need volunteers to help keep RAFINO a live and healthy organization.  Lately, they have been hard to find.
