Dyson gets Third Star

LTG Karen Dyson becomes the first female finance officer to receive a third star.  Her nomination and subsequent approval by the Senate was - fortunately for the Army - one of the few good things to come out of congress this session!

It was a pleasure to update her Rank in our member roster!
