MS LILLIAN COYNE To TAPS

MS LILLIAN COYNE (90) passed away 7/21/2009.

LC to some, Mut to others, Butie to a privileged few, our beloved Lil passed away July 21, 2009 at Inova Fairfax Hospital. A 44-year resident of Arlington, VA, Mrs. Coyne served in many volunteer capacities including Girl Scout leader, reading teacher and mentor to local children. Raised in Brownsville, PA; married 62 years to LTC Floyd Coyne (1918-2003). Tireless letter writer, fabulous cook, loving mother to Susan Mears (nee Coyne) and Jerry Coyne; mother-in-law to Bob Mears; grandmother to Steven Mears and dear friend to Edward P. Jones. Burial at Arlington National Cemetery.
