Cash on hand as of 23 October 2002 - $2,392.51
Certificates of Deposit due December 2002 - $10,000
Collection of delinquent dues from members without email addresses remains problematic.

The interim report from the Reunion 2002 committee is that the reunion will break even. The Photo books have been mailed to those who attended the reunion.
RAFINO DUES
Check the label before your rank to see if you owe dues:
One $ means you owe $10 for 2002.
Two $$ you owe $20 for 2001 & 2002.
Three $$$ you owe $25 for 2000-2002.
–We have had many inquires and comments concerning dues. I will try to cover the subject.
1. Mail your dues to Dave Mikkelson, the treasurer, at the address shown below.
2. Dues are now $10 a year and can be paid in advance. The dues year is the calendar year.
3. Finance surviving spouses do not owe dues.
4. Dues are delinquent after 31 March of the dues year.
5. The Treasurer does not send out a bill as a matter of economy. Postage is expensive. Notices will appear on the web site but it is assumed that dues will be paid on time.
6. Notices of delinquency will be sent out since we do not want to lose members needlessly.
7. Current dues status is shown in the individual record of each member in the web roster. The roster is a secure area that requires a member password to access it.
9. The established dues amount does not cover our annual expenses. Fortunately we have some funds from prior years and some members send in donations to help offset this.
