HONORARY MEMBERS of RAFINCO

"It is with great pleasure that I announce the granting of Honorary Membership in RAFINCO to Colonel (Ret) Henry W. Neill, Jr., Colonel (Ret) Louis A. Cecchini, and Lieutenant Colonel (Ret) Robert O. Flewelling.  These appointments were made by unanimous vote of the officers of RAFINCO in Accordance with Article IIIC of our Constitution and Bylaws.

Colonel Neill, as President of RAFINO, was instrumental in obtaining approval of the RAFINO membership to fund the initial mailing in order to establish RAFINCO.  This funding included the initial correspondence, printing, envelopes, rubber stamps and postage.  Without this effort by Colonel Neill, this organization would not be in existence today.  This is not surprising for Colonel Neill to do this, as mentioned in all of my discussions with NCOs who worked for him, he was always highly supportive of NCO training and development.  On behalf of the RAFINCO membership, I would like to thank Colonel Neill and welcome him as an Honorary Member of RAFINCO.

Colonel Cecchini was instrumental in providing the guidance and assistance to our Secretary Treasurer, Dan South, with the initial start up of our organization.  Without his unique efforts, the start up of this organization would not have been as smooth a start up as it was.  To this day Colonel Cecchini still works with our Secretary/Treasurer in providing assistance and solving problems.  Colonel Cecchini was a great finance officer, leader and trainer, who also supported NCO development.  On behalf of the RAFINCO membership, I would like to thank Colonel Cecchini for his continued support and welcome him as an Honorary Member of RAFINCO.

LTC Flewelling was, and continues to be, instrumental in providing guidance and assistance to our Secretary/Treasurer, Dan South, from the time of the initial start up of our organization.  Bob, has continually assisted Dan in computer operations, simplification of procedures, and good-to-know short cuts to accomplish desired results.  LTC Flewelling's continuous updates of important database information during the final stages of our reunion have been superior.  I would like to thank Lieutenant Colonel Flewelling for his continued support and welcome him as an Honorary member of RAFINCO."
