CONGRATULATIONS! 

To Our Newly Designated
Distinguished Members of the FC Regiment

On 29 Sep 1998, during formal ceremonies of the reunion banquet, three RAFINO members were recognized as Distinguished Members of the Finance Regiment.  The Honorary Colonel of the FC Regiment, MG (R) Paul P. Burns assisted by BG Roger W. Scearce, draped the FC medallion around the necks, each in turn, of Carl Ebersberger, Jim Calhoun, and Tom Tracy.  Testifying to the distinction each of the new DMRs received a beautifully framed certificate issued for the Secretary of the Army and signed by the issuer, Colonel Edgar E. Stanton III, Chief of the FC Corps.
